Terms for all purchases are 1% 10/ net 30 days in US Dollars.

Quantity
Discounts |
Quantity discounts are based on the quantity of each item number. Not all
items are available for quantity discounts. For quantities of 200-499 packages, the discount is 10%.
For quantities of 500 or greater, the discount is 20%.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order
|
Orders under $25.00 are subject to a handling charge of $10.00. Due to packaging requirements,
we are unable to ship partial packages.

| Shipments |
All shipments are F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid and added to invoice and routed according to our best judgment. United Parcel Service (UPS) is our default carrier. 2nd Day shipping is the standard rate for delivery except for products with strict temperature requirements. Please advise any special routing request with your order to avoid freezing or overheating. Title to the items sold passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier, regardless of the method of shipment. |
| Claims |
Claims for loss or damage are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the
carrier within ten (10) days. Anaerobe Systems will provide assistance where possible. Anaerobe
Systems will place a claim against the carrier on behalf of the customer on product damaged in
transit. Damage must be reported to Anaerobe Systems within 3 days of receipt and the damage
must be noted on the freight bill (both carrier's copy and customer's copy).

| Returns |
All returns must be authorized by Anaerobe Systems. All goods must be accompanied by a return
goods authorization number (RGA). Requests for return of goods should include: (1) your name,
institution, address, phone number, (2) the Anaerobe Systems invoice number, (3) product
description and catalog number, and (4) your reason for return. All returned items are subject to a
10% restocking fee and must be returned within 3 business days of authorization to remain eligible for credit. Any product shipped in error by Anaerobe Systems may be returned for a full refund.

| Guarantee |
Anaerobe Systems guarantees that all of our products will perform satisfactorily for the use in which
they are intended, if stored as directed, and used before the expiration date. The liability of Anaerobe
Systems under this warranty is limited to product credit or replacement at the sole discretion of
Anaerobe Systems. See each individual product insert for proper use and storage.

| Shelf-Life |
The shelf-life designation on all items are expressed in days from the date of manufacture.
Items will be shipped with no less than 21 days until expiration for items with a 90 day shelf life,
and 90 days until expiration for all items with a 1 year shelf life.
